HEART
JUPITER'S DARLING
(2004)
The sisters' WILSON ( ANN & NANCY, in case you didn't know) were the THELMA & LOUISE of rock n roll back in the late seventies and early eighties. Some called them the female LED ZEPPELIN but I simply call them HEART. Their sound incorporated sweet acoustic folk balladry and hard driving rock. They were pretty much America's only prog rock act and after HENDRIX, they were the band to put SEATTLE on the map as a music capital a good twenty years before NIRVANA and PEARL JAM would.

But historical significance aside, HEART is back with JUPITER'S DARLING and it's clearly their greatest work. You don;t need to worry about journalistic payola here at ROCKWIRED. THIS IS INDEPENDENT RADIO BABY!!! And when we say that this album is filled with songs that rock like nothing else out there at the moment, we mean just that.
ROCKWIRED is pleased to be giving it up for these rock legends.
