PETE HOPKINS ODD-SIZED BAGGAGE (2005)

The most exciting thing about ROCKWIRED is getting the chance to hear something that most people haven't had the opportunity to listen to yet. Notice how I use the word "yet" . I use it because PETE HOPKINS is gonna have his day in radio and music videos and all the other perks that come with being an artist who stands out. If I'm saying this about the guy, I wonder what his mother thinks. Don't you dare think of him in the same vein as JASON MRAZ or  JOHN MeYER. Mr. HOPKINS has some serious songwriting chops, the kind that bring to mind the likes of a 1970's PAUL SIMON but with a little more soul. Did I also mention that all the instruments on are all played by PETE HOPKINS himself. The man is an artist.
