Historically, the August issue of ROCKWIRED MAGAZINE has been reserved for highlighting American Indian and First Nations music. Now that our supplemental issue ROCK IS RED fills that role, the theme for the August 2015 issue was pretty much up in the air. The weeks prior to the forthcoming release have been filled with some amazing profiles with some equally amazing artists therefore the theme of the August is simply ROCKWIRED MAGAZINE doing what it does best.  This is one issue that is going to have a ton to offer it's readers and the artists profiled are truly top notch such as MILITIA VOX - the lead singer of the acclaimed tribute band JUDAS PRIESTESS who is on the verge of releasing her CD THE VILLIANESS. On personal level I must admit that this one of the most honest and penetrating interviews we've done in a long time.  We've also become reacquainted with REVEL 9 who have returned with their newest album THE REALITY CRUSH and a brand new line up. The biggest surprise in this upcoming issue is our profile with 2010 AMERICA'S GOT TALENT winner MICHAEL GRIMM in regard to his latest album GRIMM. Speaking with MICHAEL was truly a pleasure and the interview truly captures that moment. As with our interview with MILITIA VOX , GRIMM is an opened book with regard tot he reality TV treadmill and the struggles of being a serious musician and recording artist. Also featured in this upcoming edition is the Swedish metal band TAD MOROSE who have just released their latest album ST. DEMONIOUS. We spoke with guitarist KENNETH JONSSON for the interview via SKYPE and couldn't help but notice his resemblance to PETER BILLINGSLEY of A CHRISTMAS STORY. While there is no theme to the magazine our profile on LE PROJET will serve as the tentpole for the issue. Comprised of members of CANDLEBOX, SEVENDUST and INFINITE STAIRCASE, LE PROJET is making a great deal of noise with their latest single WAIT FOR IT. This profile will also include a photographic spread of the guys in the studio.  

The August issue of ROCKWIRED MAGAZINE is due out on August 7, 2015.
