3, 2013 - The polls have closed for
ROCKWIRED.COM's
recent ARTIST OF
THE MONTH campaign. Voters from all over the U.S. made their vote count
andJOHN TAGLIERI is ROCKWIRED.COM's
newest ARTIST OF THE
MONTH. For
over ten years now singer songwriter JOHN TAGLIERI has built
a career on a series of fine albums and exciting
live performances on stages throughout the country. With his latest EP.
SOUTHERN PARADISE, TAGLIERI comes off like a revved up JIMMY BUFFET
with some tunes that are both celebratory and
earnest - just the sort of combination that we have come to
expect from TAGLIERI in the past decade or so. With a a
little help from the Nashville production team of SEAN
MORMELO
and MARC COHN, TAGLIERI has created the feel good record of
the year. The release will no doubt come in handy on one of those easy

all day about the infectiousness of TAGLIERI's latest
release but the career of this independent pop rock
songwriter is just as much an inspiration as his music. In an age where
the words "working" and "musician" used in the same sentence
are going to get you laughed out of the room, TAGLIERI has proved to
the naysayers once and for all that making music on your own terms and
making a living at it is no impossible feat. TAGLIERI is now
eleven albums in on the rock n roll dream. Clearly leaving that soul
sucking day job was the right thing to do. A 60-second commercial spot promoting the winner and their album will be featured on ROCKWIRED.COM's entire programming for an entire month. The winner is also featured in a special edition of ROCKWIRED RADIO PROFILES. Banners are also given to the winners to further promote their ARTIST OF THE MONTH status on their own website or press packets.
