JULY 3, 2013 - The polls have closed for ROCKWIRED.COM's recent ARTIST OF THE MONTH campaign. Voters from all over the U.S. made their vote count and the band MADLIFE is ROCKWIRED.COM's newest ARTIST OF THE MONTH.  Some  music is way too big for just a mere EP but there is nothing mere about  21rst CENTURY MEGOLAMANIAC - the latest release from the industrial metal band MADLIFE.  KYLE CUNNINGHAM (drums) and CARLOS PAGAN (bass) make up the thunderous rhythm section. While ISAIAH STUART 's blistering guitar work  kicks the material into fifth gear it is vocalist ANGRY PHILL  who kicks this shit into the stratosphere with his venomous wail  as evidenced on the tracks JUST ONE GUN, TO LIVE AND DIE IN HOLLYWOOD and STILL ALIVE.  "You can have some of the best players out there but it's that combination of the individuals that makes a band cool." sayd guitarist ISAIAH STUART. " I think that is the unique thing that has happened with this band and all of the people that are reading this are going to be nodding their heads and going "I know exactly what he's talking about."

Other nominees for ARTIST OF THE MONTH included JOHN ENGHAUSER, BABY ANiMALS, ADLER, MONGREL, BLACKLiST UNiON and SOLOMON KiNG.

ROCKWIRED.COM will be launching its latest ARTIST OF THE MONTH campaign on June 3, 2013. Nominees for this latest wave include SURRENDER THE FALL, STARDOG CHAMPION, ONE LESS REASON, DISTORIA, STRAW DOGS, ANNI PIPER and THE PLANETARY BLUES BAND. Polling is provided by MICROPOLL and is as simple as making a selection and clicking 'vote'.

While there is no trophy or huge payday for being an ARTIST OF THE MONTH winner, the benefits that come along with the title include expanded coverage and promotion. An ARTIST OF MONTH winner is awarded a month's worth of free site-wide advertising on ROCKWIRED.COM. A 60-second commercial spot promoting the winner and their album will be featured on ROCKWIRED.COM's entire programming for an entire month.  The winner is also featured in a special edition of ROCKWIRED RADIO PROFILES.  Banners are also given to the winners to further promote their ARTIST OF THE MONTH status on their own website or press packets. Lastly, winners are mentioned on all ROCKWIRED-related announcements/press materials.
