JUNE 1, 2014 - The polls have closed for ROCKWIRED.COM's recent ARTIST OF THE MONTH campaign. Voters from all over the U.S. and Canada made their vote count and BOSWELL is ROCKWIRED.COM's newest ARTIST OF THE MONTH. For everyone out there who feels that the younger generation doesn't have what it takes to keep this rock n roll thing going for another sixty odd years, then BOSWELL is just the sort of band to hush you up with the release of their forthcoming EP BERYLLiUM This Austin-based band is group of young folk with old souls and a fondness for rock and all of its many facets and almost all of them are explored in this five song EP. Guitarists CAMERON COY and JEFFREY FERRER and drummer ALEX WILHELM serve up a rather electrifying melange of sound while singers MELANIE HEIDE and bassist JUSTIN VENNAY have a vocal chemistry that recalls the likes of GRACE SLICK and MARTY BALIN of JEFFERSON AIRPLANE. ROCKWIRED.COM will be launching its latest ARTIST OF THE MONTH campaign on June 2, 2014. Nominees for this latest wave include CHARMING LIARS, DIAMOND LANE, SCATTER THEIR OWN, JANE BADLER, 3D IN YOUR FACE, 3D FRIENDS and THE COSMONAUTS.
